Wedding Vendor Tracker (“the App”) is designed to help users organize wedding vendors, payments, deposits, budgets, notes, reminders, and related planning details in a simple and private way.

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. Wedding Vendor Tracker is built with privacy in mind. The App does not require an account, does not collect personal information through login, and stores user-entered wedding planning data locally on the user’s device.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Wedding Vendor Tracker does not require users to create an account or log in.

We do not collect, store, or access:

  • Names, email addresses, or account details
  • Wedding vendor details entered into the App
  • Payment notes, deposit amounts, budgets, or reminders entered by the user
  • Attachments, receipts, contracts, or notes saved in the App
  • User-generated wedding planning content
  • Location data
  • Contacts
  • Photos or files, unless the user chooses to add them inside the App locally
  • Analytics tied to personal identity

The information users enter into the App is stored locally on their own device.

2. Local Data Storage

Wedding Vendor Tracker stores app data locally on the user’s device. This may include vendor names, categories, payment amounts, deposit details, notes, reminders, attachments, and other wedding planning information added by the user.

This data is not sent to our servers.

Because data is stored locally, users are responsible for managing their own device, backups, and data protection settings. If the App is deleted, the device is lost, or local device data is cleared, the App’s stored information may be lost unless the device backup system restores it.

3. In-App Purchases

Wedding Vendor Tracker offers an optional one-time lifetime purchase to unlock Pro features.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment card details, billing addresses, or other payment information.

Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple’s own privacy policy and App Store terms. We may receive limited purchase status information from Apple only as needed to unlock Pro access inside the App.

4. No Login or User Account

The App does not include user accounts, registration, or login functionality.

Because there is no account system, we do not maintain user profiles, account records, or cloud-based user databases for the App.

5. User-Entered Content

Users may enter wedding-related information into the App, such as vendor details, prices, deposits, payment notes, due dates, reminders, and attachments.

This content remains stored locally on the user’s device. We do not review, moderate, upload, publish, or share this content.

6. Notifications and Reminders

Wedding Vendor Tracker may allow users to set reminders for vendor payments, due dates, follow-ups, or other wedding planning tasks.

Notifications are handled locally by the user’s device. Reminder details are not sent to our servers.

Users can manage notification permissions through their device settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on Apple services for App Store distribution, in-app purchase processing, app installation, crash reporting, and device-level functionality.

These services are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

We do not use third-party advertising networks inside the App.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user-entered wedding planning data with third parties.

Since the App stores data locally on the user’s device and does not require an account, we do not have access to the user’s vendor lists, budgets, attachments, notes, or reminders.

9. Data Security

Wedding Vendor Tracker is designed so that user data remains on the user’s device.

Users should protect their device with appropriate security measures, such as a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, device encryption, and secure backups where available.

No method of digital storage is completely risk-free, especially if a device is lost, shared, compromised, or backed up to third-party services chosen by the user.

10. Children’s Privacy

Wedding Vendor Tracker is not intended to collect personal information from children.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or the minimum applicable age in the user’s country.

11. Data Deletion

Because app data is stored locally on the user’s device, users can delete their data by removing entries inside the App where available, clearing app data where supported, or deleting the App from their device.

Deleting the App may remove locally stored app data from the device, subject to the user’s device backup and restore settings.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a new effective date.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
