KumiBead Privacy Policy

Who operates the app

KumiBead is operated by SEO Let's Go. Effective date: 2026-10-02. For support or privacy requests, use https://seoletsgo.com/contact/.

Local craft data

Your designs, frozen recipes, loading/braiding progress, calibration, notes and chosen photo attachments are stored locally on your device. KumiBead does not send this craft content to an app server and does not offer an app account or automatic project synchronization. Apple's device backups may include app data according to your device settings.

Project exports and library backups may include private notes, materials and photos. KumiBead does not encrypt these exported files. You choose where to keep or share them. Removing the app may remove local data; save a backup first if you want to retain it.

Purchases through Apple

Apple processes payments and purchase restoration through StoreKit 2 using your Apple Account and transaction records. KumiBead verifies Apple's signed transaction information on your device to enable Lifetime Pro and handle refunds. The app does not receive your payment-card details, introduce an app account, or send purchase history to a separate purchase-service provider. Purchase and explicit restore requests need network access.

Verified Pro ownership is retained in device-only iOS Keychain for offline access and revocation handling. Ownership information is excluded from personal-library backups. Purchase restoration may be needed after reinstalling or changing devices; restoring a purchase does not restore craft projects.

Diagnostics and tracking

KumiBead has no ads, cross-app advertising tracking or remote behavior-analytics endpoint. A bounded list of coarse diagnostic events stays in memory during the app session. Development builds offer a local diagnostic summary for troubleshooting; release builds do not show this control. Diagnostics are not sent automatically and exclude recipes, notes, photos, receipts and customer identifiers.

Support and website requests

If you contact support, the details and content you choose to send are handled to answer your request. Omit unnecessary private materials. Use https://seoletsgo.com/contact/ for requests concerning support information you have supplied.

Opening this policy or the contact page sends an ordinary website request from your browser. Cloudflare hosts and protects seoletsgo.com and may process IP addresses and request metadata for delivery and security. The website loads the Inter font from Google Fonts, which sends connection information to Google. If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you submit are handled through Web3Forms and our email service to answer your request; they are retained as needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations. Sending craft files or diagnostic text is your choice. This app policy does not claim that website requests or provider transaction records are held only on your device.

Provider policies and changes

Apple's payment and device records follow Apple's policies and applicable obligations: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Changes to app data practices will be reflected in this policy and the App Store disclosure. Website provider policies: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://web3forms.com/privacy.
