BondSG Privacy Policy

About this policy

BondSG is operated by SEO Let's Go. Effective date: 2026-09-12. For support or privacy requests, use contact page. This policy covers the BondSG app and the handling of information when you visit its policy or contact pages.

Your portfolio stays on your device

Holdings, funding sources, redemption records, pinned issue details, saved public data and personal reminder schedules are stored on your device. Calculators run locally and do not submit transactions. BondSG has no bank connection, account login or holdings cloud-sync service. CSV records are copied only when you ask; you control where you share them. Device or operating-system backups may include app data according to your settings.

Public market data and this website

The app retrieves public SSB, T-bill and holiday data through Cloudflare. Requests expose ordinary connection information, including IP address, to the hosting provider for delivery and security. We do not attach your holdings to those requests. The policy and contact pages are hosted on seoletsgo.com. That website loads Google Fonts, which sends connection information to Google when the font is requested. Visiting an external website is separate from using the app.

Purchases

When the purchase service is available on iPhone, BondSG checks subscription status with RevenueCat when the app opens, including on the free plan. Apple and RevenueCat process an app customer identifier, product and transaction information, subscription access, App Store region and device and connection information to verify purchases and restore access. RevenueCat also provides subscription reporting, such as purchase history, renewals and revenue statistics. This purchase analytics is not advertising tracking. BondSG does not send them your portfolio. An installation-based identifier may link purchases to Pro public alerts. Purchase-service records follow Apple and RevenueCat retention policies; deleting local holdings does not cancel a subscription or erase those records.

Reminders and optional public alerts

Personal reminders are calculated and scheduled on-device with your permission. Your chosen topics and minimum rates stay on your device until you turn on public alerts on iPhone. Cloudflare then stores an identifier for your app installation, the Apple notification address and delivery settings, your choices and registration details. The delivery service and Apple process that notification address and the alert content. Rate alerts use the installation identifier to verify Pro with RevenueCat; purchase evidence is not stored in the public-data database. Holdings and personal schedules are never included.

Alert data retention and removal

Turn off public alerts in Settings to request removal of the delivery information held by BondSG. Offline removal remains pending until confirmed, and an already-sent alert may still arrive. Notification addresses and preferences are removed when removal is confirmed, or after 90 days without the app checking in. An anonymous record preventing outdated requests from turning alerts back on is kept for up to 90 days after registration ends. Delivery records expire seven days after the one-day period in which an alert can be sent. Removing the app alone does not immediately notify the server; inactive registrations age out.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can disable notifications in iOS, turn off public alerts, remove local holdings, copy CSV records and manage or restore your Apple subscription. Export records before uninstalling, resetting or replacing your device: BondSG cannot recover an erased local portfolio. Contact contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held by the service. Describe the request without sending bank credentials, full statements or your portfolio. We may need limited information to identify an anonymous service record; Apple and RevenueCat may retain transactions where required. Service providers may process data outside Singapore.

No advertising or cross-app tracking

BondSG includes no advertising, cross-app tracking, separate app-usage analytics or crash-reporting service. RevenueCat subscription reporting is described above. We do not sell your personal data. Platform/provider security logs and Apple's own diagnostics are governed by the relevant provider's settings and policies.

Contact requests

If you choose to use the contact page at contact page, the name, email address, message and other details you submit are handled through Web3Forms and our email service so we can respond. Contact messages are separate from your local portfolio and are retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Do not send bank credentials, full account statements or your portfolio. The contact service processes connection information needed to deliver and protect the form.

Children and privacy rights

BondSG is intended for people managing their own bond records and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request. You may contact us to exercise access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available under applicable law. Most portfolio information is held only on your device, so we cannot retrieve or erase a remote copy of those records. Providers may process limited service information outside your country, including outside Singapore.

Changes and third parties

We will publish revised policies at this address with an updated effective date when our practices change. Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Google and Web3Forms have their own privacy policies. Public financial data is sourced from MAS and holiday data from data.gov.sg, with attribution retained. MAS and data.gov.sg public datasets are used under the Singapore Open Data Licence v1.0, with source attribution.
